Natural ways to reduce Joint Pain and Inflammation


There are various natural ways to reduce joint pain and inflammation; below are some of the tips:

Performing hot and cold fermentation of the aching joint provides immediate relief from the pain.  

Heat helps to relax aching muscles and cold numbs the area to reduce pain.

Having warm water shower and soaking the affected part in warm water will a little of Epsom salt added give much relief to the joint and inflammation.

Have a glass of warm milk with one tablespoon turmeric as it helps relieve joint pain. Apple cider vinegar also helps reduce pain in the joints.

Eucalyptus oil, warm olive oil or coconut oil can also be applied to the joints and then place a warm towel on it which will effectively reduce pain and inflammation.
