Stay away from foods that cause joint pain

 Joint pains are caused due to various things; maybe injury or using your muscles and joints in an abnormal way during work, etc but the major cause of joint pain is arthritis.  There are over 100 types of arthritis and each one of them affects the joint in different ways.  Arthritis normally occurs to older people but it can affect young people too.  The symptoms of arthritis are stiffness, swelling in joint and redness in the area.

Avoid packed foods and foods that are acidic. Sugar also causes joint pain.  Sugar is found not only in the food that you eat but also in most beverages, soft drinks, fruit juices, etc. Eat vegetable that have a lot of protein.  Too much alcohol is also very harmful and increases joint pain, affects the liver, kidneys, pancreases and the brain.
