The pain relieving methods of arthritis have been used by many people from centuries. These methods are meant to provide temporary relief from arthritis pain. Some of these well-known methods are:
Moist heat:-

Biofeedback:-
It helps relax muscles and reduces pain
Relaxation Therapy:-
In this technique patient slowly and slowly learns to release the tension in their muscles to relive pain. It helps in reducing pain.
Acupuncture:-
It is a traditional method of combating arthritis pain. In this method needles are used which triggers the sensory nerves that order brain to release natural painkillers
