Arthritis refers to pain
and swelling in the joints and this restricts movements. The most common types
of arthritis are Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis and Gout. Joint
pain is one of the symptoms of arthritis and it affects one or more joints and
can be caused due to injuries, strains, infections, nervous system disorder or
by inflammation of the bursae, also known as
bursitis.

Drink a cup of
papaya seed tea six or seven times daily
Having warm baths is

Diet also plays an
important role; Improvement in the digestion and metabolism of the body is very
essential. Foods like meat, sour fruits,
and fried foods should be avoided, as they are difficult to digest; however
fruits like banana are considered good as they provide strength to the joints

strengthens the ligaments.
