There are many different types of arthritis and rheumatoid
arthritis which affects the joints in the body is the one which most people
suffer from. Arthritis can happen to
anyone but you should try and stop it from happening so that you do not suffer
from this painful condition. Some ways
of stopping it is protecting your joints from any type of physical injury, keep
your body fit and control your weight.
