Arthritis is a disease that affects the joints and muscles
and some of the symptoms of arthritis include joint pain, inflammation and
limited movement of joints. Arthritis pain can be experienced at any time; you
may be at your work place or while preparing meals, walking, climbing, etc. There
are various types of arthritis such as Septic arthritis, Gout, Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Still's
disease which are the primary forms of arthritis.
Arthritis
is caused due to the breakdown of cartilage that normally takes care of the
joints and if there is a lack in the usual amount of the cartilage, then the
bones is rubbed against each other, which lead to swelling and inflammation. The other factors that can cause arthritis are
age, genetic, obesity, some illnesses or infection and heavy construction
workers are also at high risk of developing arthritis.
To overcome arthritis
you should have enough rest but also do light exercise like brisk walking as it
helps in maintaining joint mobility and aiding flexibility. Avoid heavy exercises to not give much strain
to the joints. Relax and do not stress
by doing yoga or meditation. Have a
healthy diet and have pumpkin, cucumber, sulphur rich food and omega 3 and
avoid fats.
Include an herbal
anti-arthritis supplement which helps ease joint pain and other
